The Opinel Bon Appetit+ 2349, table knives set of 4, storm, micro-serrated blade is a set of knives with different colours. The blades are made from Sandvik 12C27 modified stainless steel. This type of steel is corrosion-resistant and, thanks to the addition of chromium, doesn’t require any special maintenance. The blades have micro serrations, designed for slicing tomatoes, hard-boiled eggs, sausage and roasted meats. The handles are made from polymer, a solid and durable plastic. Thanks to their Sandvik 12C27 steel blades and polymer handles, these knives are dishwasher-safe.
