This knife from the ‘Bon Appétit’ collection is available in various cheerful colours. The blade is made from Sandvik 12C27 modified stainless steel. This type of steel is corrosion-resistant and, thanks to the addition of chrome, doesn’t require any special maintenance. The blade has micro serrations, designed for slicing tomatoes, hard-boiled eggs, sausage and roasted meats. The handle is made from polymer, a solid and durable plastic. Thanks to their Sandvik 12C27 steel blades and polymer handles, these knives are dishwasher-safe.
